Terms of sale.
These terms explain how purchases of our standard art prints work. Please read them alongside the product details and delivery policy.
The shop is in its prelaunch stage and is not accepting orders. Business information, payment setup and fulfilment must be complete before checkout opens.
Who you are buying from
Real Wall Art is the trading name used for this store. The seller is not yet confirmed for trading; its legal name will be published before orders open.
Business postal address:
To be published before ordering opens.
Customer support and the returns address are listed on our contact page.
The prints
We sell physical, unframed art prints. Frames, mounts and furnishings shown in styling illustrations are not included. The selected product page gives the artwork, size and price that apply to your order.
Our designs use digital creative tools, including AI image generation. They are printed reproductions, not original hand-painted paintings. Screen settings and room lighting can affect the appearance of colour, but the goods must still match their description. Nothing in these terms removes that obligation.
Check the paper dimensions and any border or crop information for your selected option. A room image is an illustration, not a promise of exact scale. Purchasing a physical print does not include a digital download or permission to reproduce its design commercially.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The final total, including applicable taxes and the delivery charge, is displayed before payment. Payment is handled through Stripe’s checkout; we do not receive your full card number or security code.
You can review your bag and correct the selection before leaving for checkout. Where a product is unavailable or an obvious price error is identified before acceptance, we will explain the issue and refund any payment taken for an order we cannot accept.
Your order
When ordering is available, successful payment and our confirmation of the paid order form the sales contract. An unpaid bag or an incomplete checkout does not reserve an item or create a completed order. Keep your order reference and confirmation for your records.
Use accurate contact and delivery information. If you notice a mistake after payment, contact us promptly. We will explain what can be changed, depending on the order’s progress. This does not affect your cancellation rights.
Delivery and cancellations
See our delivery and returns policy for the delivery charge, current timetable, return instructions and cancellation form. Goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you nominated, physically receives them, unless you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
Standard prints have the usual 14-day cancellation right after delivery, including prints made on demand from our standard collection. Faulty or misdescribed goods have separate legal remedies. We do not treat ordinary print-on-demand orders as personalised purchases.
Problems and your legal rights
Contact us with your order reference if something goes wrong. We will consider the issue and explain the next steps. These terms do not exclude or reduce any rights you have under applicable consumer law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms apply to future purchases. The terms presented when you place an accepted order continue to apply to that order. You may rely on the mandatory consumer protections and available courts of the part of the UK where you live.
For general information, see UK Government guidance on distance selling.
